Sandblasting

Sandblasting can be used to clean metal parts instead of chemical cleaning. It is the cleaning process of choice when the metal parts have heavy rust or corrosion, or are too large for chemical cleaning.

We can use various media forms; aluminum oxide (in varying grits) to glass beads, to clean parts without altering the surface. With two sandblasting operations, United Plating of North Alabama can process anything from small to large parts, to trailers.
